Tutte le ricette, di altissima pasticceria, non prevedono l'utilizzo di cereali con glutine e sono senza frutta, latticini, zuccheri o altri dolcificanti.
Alcune ricette sono totalmente inventate dall'autrice, alcune sono con nuovi ingredienti come la farina di vinaccioli, i fiori e alcune verdure; altre, invece, sono ispirate alla tradizione della pasticceria italiana ed estera. Ogni ricetta è stata meticolosamente collaudata.
Gustose ricette adatte anche a celiaci, intolleranti al latte e diabetici.
