Nella Tavoletta Pasta di Cacao Criollo 100% Cacao Crudo c’è solo cacao: una selezione mono origine di varietà Criollo, riconoscibile per l’aroma deciso, naturalmente fruttato e floreale. La lavorazione non supera mai i 42°C e avviene tramite procedimenti meccanici a freddo, trasformando le fave in pasta, senza tostatura.
Il risultato è una tavoletta dal gusto incredibilmente equilibrato, vicino alle fave di cacao ma meno acidulo: non solo per chi ama il cacao allo “stato puro”.
